Margaret (“Maggie”) W.S. Puccini received a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice magna cum laude from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 1993 and her J.D. from Mercer School of Law in 1999. Ms. Puccini was a member of the Mercer Law Review and a participant in the legal writing certificate program. She is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
Ms. Puccini concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, secured transactions, creditors rights, construction and commercial litigation, representation of condominium associations, landlord/tenant disputes and mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens.
