Susannah Rogers Pedigo received her B.S. degree in International Affairs, with high honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 and her J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Pedigo participated in Moot Court as a member of the Evidence Team and First Amendment team, and she was a finalist in both competitions. She is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
Ms. Pedigo focuses her practice in the area of family law. She has experience in matters related to divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, alimony, pre-nuptial agreements, legitimation and family violence. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Superior Court of Chatham County when requested by the court to assist in that capacity.
In 2007, Ms. Pedigo was selected as one of Georgia’s “Super Lawyers-Rising Stars” by Atlanta magazine. She is a former member of the Executive Council for the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division and a past president of the Savannah Chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She has also served as an Attorney Coach for the Jenkins High School Mock Trial Team for the past four years. She is a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church.
