Inglesby, Falligant, Horne, Courington & Chisholm has a unique real estate practice, handling everything from complex commercial transactions to residential closing services. The Firm routinely handles multi-million dollar transactions for national title insurance companies, and has extensive experience representing local, regional and national developers in the acquisition and development of office, retail, industrial and residential real estate. Its representation of real estate developers includes title examinations, acquisition, permitting, zoning, financing, governmental agreements, contracting, leasing and drafting of development documents. The Firm also represents financial institutions in general corporate and real estate matters as well as closing loan transactions. The Firm also represents companies handling the marketing and sale of REO properties for the entire state of Georgia.
In addition to an extensive commercial practice, the Firm’s attorneys have been providing residential closing services for over 28 years. The real estate department currently employs five full-time paralegals capable of handling numerous closings each week with active attorney supervision and involvement. Upon receipt of each new closing request, an experienced and well trained closing paralegal is assigned to personally serve each client from contract to final disbursement.
