Bankruptcy
The Firm regularly represents creditors in bankruptcy cases filed throughout the State of Georgia. Matters handled for clients include negotiation of adequate protection, representation in adversary proceedings, stay relief motions and all other issues which arise in bankruptcy. In addition to its extensive creditor practice, the Firm has served as counsel to debtors in significant Chapter 11 cases filed in the Southern District of Georgia.
